Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager
Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
Salary: £7.30 per hour
Hours: 16 hours per week over 2 days

Their shop opened at the end of 2012 in the centre of Devizes. They're well stocked with donated clothes, books and bric-a-brac, plus a range of new products such as dolls houses, garden ornaments and musical instruments.
As an Assistant Shop Manager, you'll help to create a well-presented shop where customers get great service. It's a varied role, offering invaluable support to the manager, as you maximise sales, control expenditure and handle stock as part of a dedicated team. Remember that you could often be moving stock - which may involve lifting heavy goods or furniture.
To do this, you need to have retail experience, preferably in a supervisory position, be organised and IT-literate, with natural teamwork skills. You should also have a GCSE-level education, good basic arithmetic and a gift for dealing with people. With these talents, you'll deliver retail excellence to grow income and make a difference to the Healthcare and the people they support.
