Job Description

The Systems 21 Project Manager for the EMEA region will manage the interfaces between Aurora and E-commerce and retail software. You will provide a process and reporting review with continuous improvement and documentation of the system.

This role will be instrumental in the planning, implementation and support of the business applications and systems programmes. They will work with third parties where appropriate to communicate project briefs and manage project from commission through to post implementation support.

This role will also provide support for on-going issues with System 21 Aurora in conjunction with 3rd parties and act a technical advisory to the business.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate for this role will have:

Experience of Infor System 21 Aurora ERP within a manufacturing, retail or E-commerce business
Strong RPG or CL programming skills
Knowledge of E-commerce solutions (such as DemandWare) and EDI would be hugely advantageous
Understanding of Business Intelligence solutions is desirable
Must possess strong communication, problem solving, troubleshooting, influencing and teamwork skills
