Jointly funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Innovate UK, Innovate2Succeed (I2S) will provide tailored support to SMEs to help them enhance their innovation management capability, resulting in increased effectiveness in generating and exploiting commercially their ideas.

To support this service the Company is looking to recruit an ERDF experienced Project Administrator to support the Project Manager with the development and implementation of systems and processes for effective delivery of the I2S project by a team of Innovation Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the setting up and maintenance of internal processes and procedures for the project in line with company policies and ERDF regulations
- Become familiar with ERDF guidance and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the team with timesheets, diary management, CRM reports, client and project documentation to ensure accurate information
- Monitor an accurate completion of the project audit trail records to collate evidence that meets regulations
- Work with the Project Manager to undertake the evaluation of performance including ERDF external monitoring visits
- Collate and input monthly claims ready for checking and submission by the Project Manager
- Provide the first point of contact for clients seeking support
- Undertake feedback surveys with clients that have engaged with the I2S services
- Update client accounts on company CRM when alerted to changes
- Organise internal and external meetings, book meeting rooms and note taking
- Raise purchase orders, invoices, expenses & related records
- Maintain team attendance records
- Collate and report on team and contract performance for the Project Manager
- Participate in organisation and delivery of events

Qualifications:
Educated to A level or equivalent and with prior experience in a similar role

Experience Required:
- Experience of working in a customer service/ customer facing role preferably working with SMEs
- Experience of project working, ideally in a similar role on ERDF/ESF funded contracts
- Experience of financial/general monitoring and management systems related to funding systems
- Experience of working in a busy office environment responding to multiple demands at a time

Remuneration package: salary up to £22,000, 10.5% non-contributory pension, 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, life assurance and income protection.
