An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with their largest reseller networks, improving day to day retail and operational systems, sharing best practice to strengthen and grow the internal workings, and providing regular reporting to Management and Reseller Partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with their largest Reseller Partners.
- Support Reseller Partners and Management to drive operational and performance improvement.
- Support Reseller Partners, and departmental colleagues to roll out new store plans.
- Work with Store Managers on a priority basis, agreed with Reseller Partners and Management, to coach, train and support stores to achieve sales targets and drive sales growth through increased average transaction value.
- Manage and monitor consistency across store operations, and stock management.
- Monitor and report on stores' commercial performance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of promotional offers across stores.
- Development and support to partners 'marketing campaigns.
- Ensure store pricing and promotional material is consistent with company retail strategy.
- Enable and support the delivery and sustainment of product and service level training.
- Support Reseller Partners and Store Managers with best practice for absence management, staff rotas, cash and stock management, POS, store controls and merchandising.
- Maintain a consistent approach to the delivery of company policy and processes across stores.
- Ensure a high level of store cleanliness and housekeeping.

This role will involve travelling to reseller partner locations as well as regular visits to the office and may require overnight stays away from home.
