So what will the Store Supervisor be responsible for?
You will be ensuring the delivery of all store activities in line with the daily requests whilst maximising and exceeding store and individual finance targets by increasing sales and managing operational costs.
Your tasks will also include:
• Taking an active interest in fashion trends to understand the customer’s needs and wants to help her feel and look good in everything she wears
• Driving the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day to potential and actual customers
• Managing and working to all the company policies and procedures
• Ensuring each member of the team reaches their full potential and enjoys being a member of the team
• Providing a safe and clean environment for both colleagues and customers
