Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer / Builder / Plumber

Location: Clapham, South West London (SW4)

Salary: £10.00 - £15.00 (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Role:

Our Client is a growing property maintenance company based in South West London, Clapham. They are currently looking for a genuine multi-skilled engineer in South-West London, with experience to take on some work with them. You will be required to take on a more lead engineer role with this position.

Duties will include:

• Plumbing (installing, broken taps, fixing pipes, etc)
• Painting & Decorating
• Electrical Services
• Handyman service
• Full refurbishments (kitchen/bathrooms/etc)
• Odd jobs

Experience with working with a property maintenance company is preferable.

Applicants MUST be multi skilled, be flexible, speak conversational English, trustworthy, self-motivated, reliable and very punctual.

Candidates with full, clean licence is ESSENTIAL. You must also be willing to travel to London for work.

Candidates with own van preferable.
