We currently have a vacancy for a full time General Assistant to work in the Shop Area at our Newbury Garden Centre, working 37.5 hours a week, 5 days from 7 to include alternate weekends. You may be required to work some bank holidays etc.
Duties will include, house plants maintenance, dealing with seasonal stock, pricing and checking stock and till operations. Some help in other departments may also occasionally be required.
Ideally applicants will have previous retail experience although full training will be given. Enthusiasm, enjoying working as part of a busy team and excellent customer service are most important.
