Graduate Opportunity / Trainee Programme Tutor: We have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate to take the role of Trainee Programme Tutor joining our client’s business in Doncaster.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of learning design and delivery, employee relations support and health & safety consultancy. They design and deliver on average 6000 learning interventions per year to over 200 clients.
The Role of Trainee Programme Tutor
Within the Apprenticeship team, the Trainee Programme Tutor will be responsible for a caseload of work-based Apprentice Candidates nationally and will plan, support and carry out summative assessment against National Occupational Standards and competencies.
You will ensure that each candidate assigned is progressing within their programme monthly and achieves their qualifications to the requirements of awarding bodies and apprenticeship standard.
It will be your job to co-ordinate and carry out induction, support and assessment of candidates ensuring timely completion of each component of the individual learning plan, to meet or exceed the quality requirements of the awarding body, Skills Funding Agencies and other regulatory bodies.

Knowledge & Skills required
* Ideally will hold a teaching qualification or degree in Business Management
* Ideally at least 2 years’ experience of working within the public sector industry
* Must be prepared to work towards and achieve TAQA award
* IT literate
* Exceptional communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task
* A nurturing nature and a polite and friendly personality
* Experience of presentation and delivery to groups
As Trainee Programme Tutor you will receive a salary of £18,000 to £20,000 per annum along with full training and support.
