About the Role:
We are looking for bright, reliable people to join our young, dynamic and growing team. The role is focused on customer service and includes;
- Handling customers enquiries by email, phone, fax, web site in a professional, accurate and timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service
- Updating senior management with progress and development reports
- Maintain and update our customer service policy
- General office administration
The hours are 9am to 5.30pm. We are closed for all bank holidays.
We are looking for bright and reliable people to join our team and hit the ground running. You must be confident and motivated and will be able to demonstrate your ability to learn fast, communicate with a wide range of people and deliver to the best of your ability. You’ll need to be a team player, friendly, helpful and be able to use your initiative. Commercial awareness is also important, as is a willingness to learn. Our ideal candidate will have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and will be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
