Senior Sales Executive

Salary: £18k - 25k basic + OTE (£45k)
Introduction to the Role:
Our client is based in central Manchester with excellent public transport links as well as free car-park facility, is a multi-million pounds enterprise established 12 years ago, to serve a growing scanning and document management market nationally. Privately Owned enterprise and has an ambitious growth plan to grow the business at least by 300% by 2020 through diversification, acquisition and increased business development activity.
Now the organisation has grown to a sufficient size the business is looking for a new Sales Executive role, you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from initial meeting to close, representing our company's portfolio. Although the majority of the time you will be based at the office and dealing with the given leads and accounts, however there will also be a requirement for you to cold call, go out and visit local regional clients.
The role would suit someone currently working in a customer focussed role, preferably within a business services or business process outsourcing environment. We are looking for someone ideally looking to make a step up from a first sales role with ambition to succeed. Experience of giving customer demonstrations, creating quotation and proposals and a sound technical appreciation of business processes is essential, although training will be provided in this respect.
- An experienced Sales Executive used to dealing with a wide array of customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding organisational decision making processes
- Attending local meetings and demonstrating
- Full clean driving licence
Although experience within the scanning and document management market would be desirable, it is not essential. We are most interested in the personal qualities and essential experience outlined above.
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of around £18k - 25k basic (negotiable) – + OTE (£45k) depending on the experience. On top of this is a rewarding commission structure that brings your first year on target earnings up to £45,000. With an excellent blueprint for progression, you set yourself up to rapidly move into a more senior role based upon your success.
