Service engineer

As an in-house based Service Engineer, you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and breakdown repair on various types of Coffee machines but may be asked to complete site surveys and installations covering predominately Devon, and surrounding areas.
Duties:
Repair or undertake preventative maintenance work to all types of coffee vending equipment, including traditional espresso machines, beans to cup equipment, filter coffee machines & water boilers.
Install all types of coffee equipment; adjust to customer's specifications & requirements.
Collate information to communicate job status and client sign off to manager.
Communicate with Office to ensure spares are kept up to date for client needs.
Achieving time bound Service Level Agreements.
Liaise with operators and clients to ensure minimum down time.
Participate in own stock control to ensure accurate stock in transit.
To address all concerns raised by clients immediately and/or report to Manager
Time sheets & Job work sheets will be required to be completed.
Occasionally, your duties may be amended, and in addition to your normal duties, you may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
