Salary Guide £35-£40,000 full time dependent on experience.
Based at Lenton Industrial Estate Nottingham
Reporting to the General Manager you will drive and lead all bakery compliance, quality, and food safety matters ensuring we meet our customer's Technical expectations.
You will manage our QA team and Hygiene teams and be our customer facing contact for all Technical matters. You will ensure we have the very latest technical and quality techniques, systems and best practise approaches.
You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as Technical Manager in a BRC accredited food manufacturing site, ideally in chilled, frozen foods or bakery.
You will be degree educated or equivalent in Food Science / Technology and have strong management and communication skills.
