Make a Difference to Children and Young People’s Lives
Ealing I SAID is a statutory service which provides advice, information and support to children with SEND and their parents/carers. The service provides a variety of support, including assistance with paperwork, support with EHC meetings and annual reviews and signposting to other organisations. This is an exciting time to join as we develop our work to engage young people at the service.
Project Manager (Family Action)
Salary: £30,799-£33,927 (inc OLW)
Location: Ealing Hours: FT
You will lead this service at a local level in line with the service outcomes, specification and budget. You will be a confident and skilled practitioner in direct work with children and families, as this post is a manager-practitioner role. You will also have proven experience of managing a team to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
You will have a demonstrated ability to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills and will provide comprehensive outcome reports required by funders. You will be confident and have experience of facilitating between a variety of stakeholders; including service-users, the Local Authority, schools and other professionals.
You must have a degree or equivalent in a relevant field or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge.
We are particularly interested to hear from people who have experience within the charity sector and/or around the field of SEND and also from those who speak community languages.

Disclosure and Barring Service, which we consider acceptable.
