The Graduate Recruitment and Development team are an award winning team, who are responsible for raising the profile of BLP in the student market, and managing the development of our firms trainees.

The Opportunity

This role is either at the Senior Advisor level or we are open to strong candidates at the Advisor level. The (Senior) Graduate Recruitment Advisor has day to day ownership for the attraction and selection activities associated with the recruitment of top quality trainees for the firm. As well as being the primary contact for our relationships with universities, you will work with partners and legal staff on all trainee recruitment and graduate attraction matters. This role provides the opportunity to take on a front line, client facing role. There is the opportunity to get involved in key HR and recruitment projects and would suit an experienced Graduate Recruitment professional who thrives on real responsibility and autonomy. This is a fixed term contract, for a period of 9 months.

Your profile

You will be a seasoned graduate recruitment advisor, with a background in legal graduate recruitment. You will be comfortable project managing the trainee recruitment programme at BLP, with an in-depth knowledge of the graduate recruitment market, and the marketing campaigns that support this.

You will have strong advisory skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships with people at all levels across the business. This is a fast paced and challenging role, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects as well as keeping up with the demands of BAU.
