Our client is a leading provider of infrastructure services who are currently seeking an employee Relations Manager to join their HR Department. This is an exciting opportunity to be able to support a number of staff across two different locations.
Employee Relations Manager - HR - Key Responsibilities
- Consult, lead and project manage the design, development and delivery of a wide range of business improvement projects including; performance management, redundancies, restructures, etc.
- Identify areas of improvement, identifying and implementing the appropriate procedures to resolve issues/make improvements
- Advise all business unit managers to effectively manage all employee relations in-line with HR policies
Employee Relations Manager - HR - Key Skills
- Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with various business leaders
- Previously supported a high number of employees through multiple office units
- Have very strong organisational, time and project management skills with the knowledge of working to tight deadlines
- Will have worked within an organisation with an employee count of 1000+
Salary: up to GBP50,000
