We understand that many customers were not being given the right financial help when taking out loans and when trying to claim back money, so we set up Hardwick Group of companies to ensure our clients get back what they deserve.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Post handling inbound & outbound:
You will be required to identify what type of mail the banks & clients have sent in to determine what course of action is required. You will also be required to use our scanning facilities to scan the post to our CRM system so we have a clear paper trail of inbound post.  You will also be required to issue documents and letters to clients & banks making sure that our strict Data Protection guidelines are not broken.

Use of CRM system:
We have a bespoke CRM system that you will be required to learn and understand its functions as all your daily tasks will be using the different aspects or the system.

Handling inbound & outbound emails:
As a financial claims administrator, you will receive emails on a daily basis from both clients & banks. You will be required to deal with these emails to a satisfactory standard and make sure you maintain our strict Data Protection guidelines.

Telephone communication:
 As a financial claims administrator, your role may involve telephone communication with clients & banks. On these calls you may be required to resolve financial claim queries and you will be required to uphold our strict Data Protection guidelines.

As part of this apprenticeship you will work towards a Level 2  qualification in Customer Services. This is a unique  opportunity with an annual career review. The training will be delivered in the form of work based learning and will include functional skills if required.

The Apprenticeship training for this vacancy will be provided by Runshaw College. As this is a funded Apprenticeship programme it is not open to candidates who have already achieved a qualification at Level 4 or above.
