Business Development Manager – Health Solutions 
Aldermaston, Nr Reading, Berkshire (office/field based, with travel to customer sites and events)

Our client is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected provider of occupational health and clinical solutions. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering new sales of our client’s occupational health solutions. 

The other key aspect of your role will involve overseeing the customer relationship management strategy, ensuring that long-lasting, rewarding relationships are built and customer expectations are exceeded. 

Specifically, your duties will involve: 

- Creating new business opportunities and generating revenue from existing customers 
- Leading the bid management and development process 
- Researching and developing potential new services 
- Co-ordinating customer satisfaction and feedback activities 
- Attending trade shows and events to network with key decision makers 

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: 

- Previous business development and/or sales experience 
- A full driving licence 

Results-driven and enthusiastic, as the Business Development Manager, you must be a positive self-starter with great communication and negotiation skills. 

Please note, for the right candidate, flexible working hours are available, working 9:00 – 17:00, between 3 – 5 days per week.
