Building on the success of our sales team we have some fantastic new opportunities for ambitious, target driven individuals who strive to stand out from the crowd.

We are expanding our Inbound sales team and need people like you to identify our customers’ needs and promote our market leading products and services.

Of course there will be targets, there will be incentives and there will be all the usual sales stuff but with our support and your self-determination and natural people skills these won’t be a problem for you.

Some previous experience would be great but more important to us will be your talent for connecting with people together with your excellent communication and PC skills.

We will give you all the training and support you’ll need to become a confident and high achieving Sales Advisor, including continual development of your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

What will you need?

• Enthusiasm and an aptitude for selling
• Previous experience of working within a customer service environment would be an advantage, but not essential
• Self-motivation and driven
• A positive/can do attitude
• Excellent telephone skills - clear and confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport / relationships with customers
• Excellent Team Player
• Basic PC skills with Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge

What you need to know

We are interviewing right now for our Induction starting on the 7 November.  Places are limited so don’t delay - apply now!

We are open from 8am to 9pm from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 5pm, including some Bank Holidays. Working only a 35 hour week, your flexible approach will enable you to work on a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends to cover our opening hours.

Please note that if you are successful you would need to complete a five week fully paid training course, 9am -5pm Monday to Friday. Once training has been completed you will join your new team.
