£48,070.00 plus Essential Car User Allowance

Linc-Cymru Housing Association are looking to appoint an experienced individual into the position of Maintenance Manager of responsive repairs and voids until 31^st March 2017.

Working as part of this dedicated team, you will support the senior maintenance manager in ensuring Linc achieves a high responsive repairs service and turns around voids to a high standard and on time.  Both these services have to be achieved within budget and you will need to demonstrate you have previously worked on large maintenance budgets and you have the ability to analyse and report monthly on budget outcomes.

You will also support and lead five Maintenance Officers in their day to day works working with Linc Homes and Linc Care Clients.

Weekly IT reports and analysis will be required on, for example, unauthorised repair orders and outstanding completion dates, and regular communication with Clients and contractors will be needed to ensure these are kept up to date.

The position will also lead in reporting and handling complaints, and working directly with the tenants and Maintenance Officers where necessary on the complaints.

The appointed candidate will possess the following experience:

• Strong communication skills to work closely with Clients, tenants, contractors and staff
• Strong leadership skills to support the Maintenance team
• Good working knowledge of responsive repairs and voids.
• A high degree of analytical ability with strong MS Excel skills

A full driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential.
