One of the UK's leading manufacturers of towbars and towing accessories is seeking a Senior Telephone Sales Executive to assist in the continued rapid growth of the business in the UK and Ireland. The brand is strong and increasingly becoming a default choice option for customers, creating a genuine on-going potential for continued significant growth.

Working with the National Sales Manager and directly into the Sales Director, this senior role will be very much 'hands on' whilst also motivating and helping develop a small team of outbound call Tele-Sales Executives, by supporting growth in one of the key divisions of the business through managing, and delivering pro-active new business calling, sales campaign execution and some existing account growth. This is an office not a call centre environment.

The role would suit someone who is highly motivated and driven by achieving and exceeding targets, with a proven and successful outbound call track record, as there will be a significant requirement to deliver extensive outbound telephone calls as well as for the design delivery of direct sales campaigns initiated by the business, whilst also helping to coach and inspire junior tele-sales executives.

This is a key sales role that would suit someone with;

- Excellent telephone sales skills in an outbound call environment

- Excellent data management skills
- Practical experience of sales campaign design and delivery
- Practical experience of CRM systems
- Data and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Training /coaching experience

Technical knowledge and experience of both manufacturing, and specifically the towbar industry is not essential as support and training will be provided but it may be desirable in the right candidate. A proven track record of achieving growth in sales is essential as is the capacity and desire to inspire and motivate a small team to work effectively and efficiently as part of the growth strategy for the business.
