Our client is recruiting for an experienced Apprenticeships Sales Advisor to join their team near Farnborough, Hampshire.
This is a key role in a rapidly expanding Apprenticeships provision. There are big growth plans and this employer are looking for someone experienced in employer engagement to drive the Apprenticeships provision forward.
This role would suit someone that has come from a Training Provider background with strong commercial knowledge and strong business development skills. A successful, driven and motivated person with integrity and a quality focus is required in order to achieve the growth targets that this employer are hoping to achieve.
You will be building strong relationships with employers throughout Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and increasing the amount of full cost business and Apprenticeship opportunities available. The Apprenticeships provision will cover a variety of qualifications including Health and Social Care, Hospitality, Construction and Engineering, Business, Hairdressing, AAT and Digital Media.
This opportunity offers a rare challenge to really get involved at an early stage and make the Apprenticeships provision a success.

OBJECT OF THE JOB:
* To generate new income by working with employers and organisations to recruit apprentices and to develop full cost work.
DESCRIPTION OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Generate quality leads against identified priority areas and programmes
* Use a variety of sales techniques to engage new businesses including research, cold calling (telephone and face to face), mail shots
* Visit Employers/Organisations in order to promote further business for full cost and bespoke provision.
* Liaise closely with other departments to 'sell-in' other training solutions
Hours:37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Holidays: 32 days a year
Salary:up to £24,000 - £25,000 per annum + Commission (Circa £4k - £5k OTE), negotiable dependent on skills qualifications and experience.
