ACCOUNTANCY TUTOR

Hours of Work: up to 0.5FTE fractional contract or sessional

(if you are interested in teaching on a sessional basis for a few hours per week then we would also welcome your application)

Salary £22,250 to £29,050 pro rata per annum

(depending upon experience and qualifications)

Do you have the commitment to support learners to achieve their true aspirations? Are you an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills? Do you have expertise and experience to share with students on Professional Business courses?

If so, then we would be we really interested in receiving an application from you for the post of Tutor/Pathway Leader in Accountancy. The postholder will work as part of a wider team who teach Business, Finance and IT.

You will be responsible for delivering on both full and part-time classes, including and not limited to administration of AAT programmes and business leadership and management courses. Delivery of English and Maths is also required to be embedded within the curriculum subject.

Experience of teaching and course leading on an Accountancy or Business related professional programme is beneficial, however, if you are not an experienced teacher, the College offers a programme of support, mentoring and training to provide new teachers with a great foundation to a career within this sector.
