Facilities and Property Manager
Conviviality Retail has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities and Property Manager to join the team based in our Crewe head office. In return we offer a highly competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum plus car allowance
This is a unique opportunity to join and help shape the evolution of this team in a new role as Facilities and Property Manager, reporting directly to the Logistics Development Director.

In June 2016, we created a new group Health & Safety and Facilities Team with responsibility for over 70 properties including offices, retail outlets and depots.
Facilities and Property Manager – Job Role
Joining this newly formed team of risk and health and safety experts, you will bring facilities and property management expertise to the table. You will work with the Logistics Development Director in developing, planning and implementing the group’s property strategy, leading your facilities teams at our sites in Crewe and Bristol in the provision of facilities support for all our nationwide locations. You will ensure an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme is in place, ensuring that all of our sites are great places to work for our colleagues and great places to visit for our customers, visitors and suppliers.
Our ideal Facilities and Property Manager:
As the ideal candidate, you will be degree qualified, ideally BIFM qualified and will have experience in providing facilities management services within a multi-sited, office and warehouse environment, including CAFM or facilities management service provision. You will have a strong working knowledge of safety, health and environment regulations and will be able to evidence your ability to effectively manage budgets and successfully oversee facilities projects within designated timescales.
As part of a newly formed team, you will have the ability to facilitate the implementation of change within the workplace, gaining support of new ideas and ways of working. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
