CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Contract: 18.5 hours weekly on a rota basis

Annual salary £9,441. (Scale Point 15)

A vacancy has arisen in the College for a hardworking, committed, motivated and self-driven Customer Service Advisor. Your responsibilities will include providing initial advice and guidance for customers enquiring about courses and training both from the College premises and EDGE in Huntingdon Town Centre. You will also be required to use the College systems (EBS, Pro-Monitor etc.) to administer fee payments and to access learner reports as required. You will also manage reception including emails and provide administrative support for the Management Team as required.

Good general education - GCSE at grade C or above in English and Maths is desirable but not essential for this role.
