9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday

This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Telesales Advisors to join a an exciting new company based in the heart of Leeds City Centre.
The ideal candidate will need to be confident, target driven and a self-motivated individual who wants to exceed all expectations and become a top performer.
The Telesales Advisor will report to the Sales Manager, the main purpose of your role will be to make outbound sales calls to companies throughout the UK to offer FULLY FUNDED work based qualifications.
Telesales Advisors Main Responsibilities:
- Promoting FUNDED apprenticeship and work based learning programs to employers to up skill their existing work force.
- Making B2B Sales
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Account management
- Build sustainable relationships with key decision makers
Experience/Skills/Attributes:
- Outbound Sales Experience
- Experience of selling training packages a strong advantage
- Excellent telephone manner
- IT Literate
- Driven and resilient
- Hard working and self-motivated
Rewards:
- Annual basic salary of £17,000
- Uncapped bonus (realistic OTE £30,000+) Extremely generous monthly commission payout.
- Incentives including i.e. Electronic devices, holidays, early finishes etc
- Good working hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
