We are continuously recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work at our client’s site in Magna Park, Lutterworth.
 
The main responsibilities of the job will involve:

• Processing various electronic products including mobile telephones and other small electronic items
• Quality checking
• Packing
• Sorting

Candidates will need to have good attention to detail and be able to follow procedures effectively. Candidates are also required to have their own transport as the site is not on any public transport routes.

Possible working hours include 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 7am – 3pm or 1.30pm Monday – Friday. Full working hours will be confirmed at the interview stage.

The pay rate starts at £6.95 per hour, after 12 weeks it will rise to £8.23 per hour and after 12 months it will rise to £9.28 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

As from the 1st April 2016 employees over the age of 25 and not in the first year of an Apprenticeship will be paid a minimum of £7.20 per hour based on the New National Living Wage.

This is a temporary position, but there is the possibility for it to become permanent for the right candidate.
