*Minimum 2.2 degree in any discipline - the discipline isn't too important although candidates who have degrees in Arts & Humanities have traditionally performed well.

*Graduated within the last 2 years - if not a 2016 graduate then commercial experience within a sales environment is extremely advantageous as is good life experience ie exciting year out etc.

*Proactive attitude - we thrive off new ideas and listen from the very ground up - this is very much a team effort!
