HR Administrator

Immediate start - until Christmas 2016

Randstad Education are looking to recruit a HR Assistant for a large academy in Leeds. Ideally you will have experience of working within a mainstream secondary setting however, other industry experience will be considered.

The school is a secondary school located in West Leeds.

We are looking for a good administrator, who can provide admin support to HR Manager and Business Manager and can quickly pick up the skills required in the job and hit the ground running.

Essential skills are:
1.Attention to details
2.Process oriented
3.Able to take detailed minutes
4.Understanding of the safeguarding and confidentiality in the school environment

The duties within the role consist of:
Providing secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Human Resources department including providing assistance in managing day to day queries,
Liaising with agencies,
Conducting pre-employment checks,
Offer letters and associated administration.

In addition, you will assist in record keeping, filing (both physical and computerised), photocopying, taking minutes, entering, editing and retrieving data, updating Single Central Record, Annual leave, Absence records and HR System
