Our client provides innovative web-based applications across the UK and they are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their growing team in Estover, near Derriford in Plymouth.

As a Project Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of our client’s system implementation projects. Above all, you’ll ensure that customers receive a first class service. 

Maintaining frequent contact with customers, you will build a strong understanding of their requirements and how our client’s solution can meet their needs. 

You will manage customers’ expectations, provide them with project updates and advise them on any project delays or changes. 

Creating full project lifecycle plans, you’ll ensure that all creativity, development and testing activities are completed within timescales. Additionally, you’ll recommend new ways to enhance the system to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. 

Although the main role will be project co-ordination, you will also use admin tools to configure the system to meet the client's requirements.

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- IT experience, gained within a commercial environment, your studies or similar 
- A full driving licence, due to our client’s location

Highly organised and detail-oriented, as a Project Co-ordinator, you must be a quick learner with a logical mindset. Exceptional communication skills are also key, as is the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.

Experience gained within the social care and health software market would be advantageous.
