Are you an experienced teaching assistant? Good behaviour management skills? Looking for a role to start in September? Then get in touch!
I am looking for a BSA (Behaviour Support Assistant) to work in a mainstream primary school in Bradford starting in September on an on-going basis. The school is a large than average Primary school with a number of SEN/EBD students. They are looking for a BSA to join the well established and experienced pastoral team who will offer CPD to the successful candidate.
Requirements:
- Strong behaviour management
- Experience of working with SEN/EBD students
- Experienced in supporting students in a classroom environment
- Experience with EAL students (desirable but not essential)
- Team Teach trained (desirable but not essential)
- Able to build solid working relationships with children, parents and staff
- Willingness to assist with after school activities on occasions
