The company client is an innovative financial services business who are rapidly expanding and becoming a leader in their specialised sector. They are currently seeking to select a driven and tenacious Senior Partnerships Manager for their team to develop strong partnerships to focus on new customer acquisition. The job holder will be accountable for developing, optimising and ultimately executing against the marketing plan via partnerships.This is an exciting opportunity for career progression.

Key responsibilities will involve as follows:

* As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will manage key marketing partnerships with Media Ingenuity and will be the brand lead for the company's acquisition piece;
* Motivate existing partners to optimize performance and deliver maximum exposure of the products and that the marketing plan delivers against our budget plans;
* Develop relationships with partners, and manage day to day management interactions to ensure partners receive the support that they need in order to perform marketing of company's products;
* Identify new channels to acquire more customers through strong relationships built.

Experience and competencies required:

* As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will have a strong track record in managing third party relationships, ideally similar Marketing Affiliates and Partnerships as required for this role;
* Experience in managing acquisition teams to deliver against targets, ideally with experience in Marketing Affiliates and Partnerships channels and working across functions to deliver the plans;
* Ability to develop and implement a strategic Marketing Affiliates and Partnerships acquisition programme with key internal and external stakeholders, optimised against results;
* Focus on delivery against new customer targets (i.e. volumes, costs, quality etc) with a proven ability in being able to proactively react and respond to risks and opportunities within the channels.
