The organisation is a registered charity which provides support and care to vulnerable people across North and East London. Our reputation is built on making a difference to people's lives. We work with people who have difficulties due to their autism, their behaviour or their level of disabilities. If you have experience in providing high quality support to individuals on the autistic spectrum, then we want to hear from you. We are seeking for a female staff who is enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.. This role would suit staff with an outgoing and vibrant personality who, enjoys participating in physical activities like swimming, cycling going to art galleries and demonstrates good customer service. It is important that a positive working relationship is maintained with the customers and their families as you will be working in their family home.

As a Senior Support Worker your duties will also include, Key Working, coordinating packages of care and support for individuals. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be engaging with a wide group of stakeholders ranging from professionals to family members. It is essential that you are able and willing to drive and that you possess a full UK driving licence with minimum of one year.
