Telephonist

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover, Carlisle for a Telephonist to join our team. We are looking for a full time Telephonist, but would also consider part time applicants on a job share basis.

Working in a busy retail showroom environment, the Telephonist will efficiently operate the company telephone system and keep an accurate record of all messages, ensuring they are passed on promptly to the appropriate person.

The successful Telephonist will also be expected to work as Showroom Host from time to time, meeting and greeting customers face to face in the showroom and ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times, to reflect the company standards. Also ensuring all catering arrangements are in place, i.e. display, cleanliness, availability etc.

The successful candidate(s) must be professional, friendly, sociable, customer focused, organised and IT literate.

Full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous, though not essential.

Hours of work will be 42.5 per week, working Monday to Saturday between the business hours of 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.
