Our client is among the leading UK timber suppliers in the UK and has identified an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their thriving business based in Lincolnshire.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be office based and will receive a competitive salary + excellent commission rates in addition to full training on products.

Position Summary:
The Internal Sales Executive will be a key member of the wider sales team and your responsibilities will include:
• New business sales calls and on-going account management with existing clients
• Building and managing an account base via telemarketing and face to face meetings
• Building long term relationships with your clients while obtaining regular business
• Working with the colleagues to help identify & meet clients requirements
• Negotiating/closing deals and handling any sales queries along the way
• Performance will be measured around several key areas including targets, GP revenue, having the commitment and right attitude to thrive within a sales environment

Who are we looking for?
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role ideally within the hardwood / softwood market
• Thorough understanding of selling & negotiating techniques
• Self-motivated, confident team player with a results-driven approach, works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an eye for detail
• Good IT knowledge
