Commis Chef 2 Rosette Uckfield East Sussex Upto 16K Plus Tips and Live In
A Commis Chef is required to complete the team at this Superb Country House Hotel with 2 Rosettes using fresh ingredients including many especially sourced local seasonal ingredients.
As Commis Chef you should be able to communicate very well and be able to build good working relationships with your new colleagues.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion, the ability to keep calm, someone who works well under pressure and encourages the best from the rest of the team.
As Commis Chef you will be expected to have a stable background and experience in all fresh kitchens. A positive attitude and the desire to learn is crucial for this position.
Live in is available but this position would also suit someone living in the Uckfield, Lewes, Hayward Heath, East Grinstead, Royal Tunbridge Wells and possibly Crawley areas with their own transport.
Benefits
Excellent salary of upto GBP16,000 (depending upon experience)
