Junior Sous Chef to complete the team at this small luxury hotel and award winning restaurant pushing for 3 Rosettes
The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients ideally with Rosette or Michelin experience
The restaurant serves a manageable 30 - 40 covers so there is plenty attention paid to those small details.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef and the rest of the team assisting with daily prep and ensuring the kitchen is organised and ready for service. You should feel comfortable running any section and have the confidence after a period of time to run service in the absence of the Head Chef or Sous Chef
This is a live out position so candidates need to live close to Chipping Campden Evesham, Moreton in Marsh, Broadway or possibly Warwick area with their own transport if required.
