The Company:
Our client is a fast growing start-up in the mobile data sector with offices in Europe and the US and customers worldwide.

Main Duties:
To provide 1st point of contact for clients and resolve their technical problems during the integration process.

The Role:
- Deal with customer queries / resolving & advising on technical problems
- Guarantee that reported problems are dealt with properly in a timely manner
- Cooperate with the development team in France
- Handle testing, scripting and data crunching tasks as part of the process

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & French (Written & spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Android and Java - essential
- Ideally degree educated in IT/engineering
- SQL and scripting knowledge
- Motivated and hard-working, eager to learn
- Good analytical and communication skills
- True problem solver / Team player

Salary: circa £25,000 pa
