Crosslane Investments Limited is the head office business for a group of UK and European businesses and their associated businesses.
The group has grown rapidly over the past few years and as such the finance department now needs to adapt its processes and procedures to accommodate the increased size and volume of transactions within the group. This has meant moving over to a different accounting system (Sage Line 50) and going through a process of growing the size of the finance department to be able to keep up with the increased number of transactions.
With the changes we are experiencing within the department we need someone who has strong previous experience, a particular strength in double entry bookkeeping and has used Sage Line 50. The role will be heavily involved in everyday functions such as Purchase order creation and Purchase invoice entry to Sage Line 50, creation of Sales Invoices in Sage Line 50 and tidying up posting for preparation of month end accounts as well as helping administer the expenses system.
