Berthing Master
Salary: c £18,500 (+ overtime)
A vacancy has arisen for a Berthing Master at Royal Quays Marina. This varied position involves being part of a team of staff responsible for the day to day operation of the marina. Duties include:- Lock Operation; Lifting & Shoring of boats in the boatyard; Boat Handling; Site Repairs and Maintenance; Dispensing Fuel; Administration & Cash Handling; Site Security and dealing with customers enquiries.
You will work on a 12-hour rotational shift basis, alternating between night & day shift.
You must be able to demonstrate the required skills as well as having small boat knowledge & experience; practical skills; excellent customer service skills; a flexible approach; enthusiasm and the ability to work within a small and committed team.
