They have two entry level positions available within their New Business Team, providing a superb opportunity to learn about our Client's Company and the wider financial services industry.

Joining one of the most progressive teams within the Company, you will become part of the business area responsible for investing clients' money and assets within their flagship Vantage Service.

Your responsibilities will vary depending on business volumes, but will typically include a range of administrative functions. They are looking for people with top-notch administrative and/or customer service skills, no previous financial services experience is required. You must have a fantastic eye for detail, a can-do attitude, feel confident when communicating with colleagues and clients and take pride in your work.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will vary depending on business volumes, but will typically include a range of administrative functions; checking applications, data entry, liaising with clients and third parties via telephone and email and speaking to many other teams across the wider New Business department.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • A Levels or equivalent
  • Maths & English GCSE Grade C and above
  • A Levels at Grade B and above (desirable)

Knowledge:

  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Some financial services knowledge would be advantageous (desirable)

Experience:

  • Customer Service (desirable)

Skills:

  • Computer literate with basic Office skills
  • Can communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Team player
  • Can identify problems and suggest solutions (desirable)
