Salary: £20,000-22,000 per annum

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will ensure all our buildings and grounds are properly maintained at all times as well as supervising and co-ordinating the work of external contractors. You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and good practice.

This role will be based at our head office in Hull but with a need for flexibility and travel to oversee Handyperson roles right across the business so driving is essential.

With basic IT knowledge of Word and Excel you will have experience in managing building maintenance, statutory checks and sound knowledge of building construction, components, defects and diagnostic techniques.

Essential to the role is a full, clean, driving license, commitment to high quality customer service and interpersonal skills such as being articulate and able to communicate clear instructions.
