Prince's Trust Team Leader

37 hours per week over 52 weeks per annum

Salary range: £18,429 - £23,364 (Unqualified), £24,781 - £33,323 (Qualified) per annum

We require a Prince's Trust Team Leader at our Rushden site, to organise and deliver three teams per year, including recruitment, induction, team building, residentials, projects and liaison with agencies and employers.

Overview of the post:

Responsibilities will include the recruitment of members for each team. For unemployed team members this will involve liaison with job centres, the Employment Service, Connexions, youth organisations, schools, colleges and other appropriate voluntary organisations. For employed team members this will involve working with the employers and liaising with the Team's Manager.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning and delivering each PTT programme, including setting objectives and ensuring the expected learning outcomes are achieved.

The successful candidate will have a good all round level of education to include Maths and English to GCSE (Grade A - C) or equivalent level (level 2) and other relevant qualifications at level 3. The successful candidate should hold or be willing to work towards a Certificate in Education and also hold or be willing to work towards the Assessor Awards (A1/V1).
