eCommerce manager | digital delivery | consultant | project manager | CRM
A leading international organisation is on the hunt for an eCommerce manager to liaise with the IT and marketing teams and to drive forward the digital coordination, delivery and support for all regions including the Americas and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of digital initiatives
- Communicate the digital aspects and bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide IT input and guidance to marketing teams delivery the digital strategy in eCommerce, consumer CRM, Retail and Wholesale CRM
- Manage 3rd party digital technology providers
- Drive delivery of data, interface and application changes to ERP systems as a result of digital requirements
- Delivery and management of Business Systems projects (design to implementation)
- Ensure IT Policies and Procedures are adhered to
- Support Group IT Director and Site Managers in the formulation of Global Business Systems Strategy
Requirements
- IT Degree with digital focus
- 5 years general IT/marketing/eCommerce experience with 2 years in the digital arena
- IT Business Systems experience
- Sound knowledge and experience of technology and industry trends in this area
