Salary: Circa 46.5K DOE

My Client, based in Cambridge, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer who is proactive and collaborative in their engagement, is outgoing and can inspire others with their presence and can fit into a challenging but driven programme team that is target orientated whilst delivering quality material. The role will report directly to the Head of Change within the programme.

The organisation is undergoing a 4 year programme to replace legacy systems with SAP over multiple releases. The SAP Lead Trainer role will be responsible for learning the solution and business processes, creating or co-creating training material and delivering the training to a wide audience of users across 4 business units.

The role holder will need to proactively engage programme and business resources, manage the planning and tracking of their deliverables, create training needs analysis and produce the required training material to deliver.

The role requires a self-starter, who works collaboratively and delivers against timelines, who is experienced with creating and delivering training for SAP and other solutions.

You will have confidence in delivering training via classroom, train the trainer, e-learning or side by side support.

Qualifications





• SAP Solution qualifications





Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills.
  • Experienced SAP trainer with solid credibility and SAP training experience
  • Training Planning across multiple disciplines and dependencies
  • Analytical with the ability to see connections and dependencies when planning and scheduling



Experience



  • Experience of developing and delivering knowledge transfer and training approaches and plans for SAP programmes
  • Experience of developing and delivering knowledge transfer and training on SAP programmes
  • Set-up of environments and data for use in Training or and equivalent area such as solution demonstrations or testing
  • Best practice knowledge of SAP functionality - experienced in at least 5 of the following: SD, MM, FI/CO, MRS, MRP, SRM, BW/BI, CRM, Project Systems plus HANA and the Higher Education Module SLCM.
  • Technical Software training experience; configuring training environments (both classroom and remotely) and ability to write classroom and e-learning training material.
  • Previous experience of using eLearning and multi-media training tools.
  • Junior Project Management within IT projects an advantage
