Site Warden Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable as duties during the day may include assisting other business units as necessary and acting as a banksman. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team but is capable of working on your own, under your own initiative.

Site Warden Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all Council Vehicles at the main gate. You will be required to allow them to enter and exit through the gates and to control access to the site. The gates will be locked and it is your duty and responsibility to ensure that every vehicle is checked and allowed to enter prior to giving access to the site.
- As you will be working alone there will be a requirement for you to use the Lone Worker Scheme on site. This will require you to call them every hour, failure to do so will result in them contacting you and if no contact is made after several attempts emergency procedures will be instigated to ensure your safety.
- Providing site operational requirements by dispensing your duties as described by Site Management. This may include but will not be limited to, litter picking, vehicle control and other duties as described or as deemed necessary by site management.
- Ensuring that you can work effectively as part of a team within all the operations across the site.
