SEN Learning Support Assistant
Are you an enthusiastic and innovative Learning Support Assistant with experience working with SEN students in a mainstream setting? If so then this exciting opportunity could be just the role for you:
Our Colchester based school are looking for an experienced LSA to work across the year groups with SEN students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
This is initially a full time temporary role with an immediate start but they may be an opportunity for it to become long term or even permanent for the right candidate.
The successful candidate MUST have the following:
- A passion for working with SEN students
- Previous LSA experience.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage young people aged 11-16.

Due to it being an immediate start it would be beneficial (but not essential), if you already have a DBS on the online update service.
