You don't need to be an expert within recruitment already, we are looking for individuals with prior experience within sales/retail sales or telesales or; completed a degree within business or sales.
A target driven individual, with a commercial outlook who is used to working towards and meeting KPIs, confident over the phone and being able to manage a busy workload and make good business decisions is a must.
