We are a small, but perfectly formed, boutique agency, based in the centre of Altrincham, looking for a brilliant Administrator to cover a maternity contract, starting asap for a 9 month period. This is a pivotal role within our team.

First point of contact for all calls into the office, taking and transferring calls or taking messages

Receiving and allocating out of CVs to Consultants on a daily basis

Extensive diary management for 4 Consultant’s

Greeting visitors to the office

Typing and formatting of CVs and references

Updating of company website and Social Media

Some payroll administration

Dealing with the post

Ordering of stationery

Filing

The successful candidate will have/be:

Excellent typing skills

Previous administration skills

Professional and cheerful telephone manner

Able to work in a busy environment with often changing priorities

Knowledge of social media and website administration

Excellent sense of humour is essential, together with the ability to pick things up quickly and juggle a number of things at once.
