Application Support Analyst

As a fast growing, global company, that recently won the most prestigious award in the hire industry, we are looking for an Application Support Analyst, to join our thriving IT application support team based in Nottingham. You will provide technical support for our innovative hire software solutions which are essential to the operation of businesses globally.

As the expert, you will maintain customer trust, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a swift, professional and considerate manner. You will be customer focused and responsible for the management of support cases.

Working as part of our well established and experienced IT team, you will have the ambition to develop your skills and business experience. Once competent in the software there will be the opportunity to advance within the business.


  • Helping customers in the use of our own software and associated packages.
  • Case management and processing.
  • Identifying solutions to customer's technical problems.

Experience and skills required

  • Customer first approach attitude
  • Good people skills and ability to problem solve
  • Good IT skills with a minimum of 1 years' experience in an IT role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop Editions).
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports, ideal but not essential.
  • Understanding of Sage Accounting Solutions, preferable but not essential.
