Sixth Form Administrator

Contract type:   37 hours per week, Term Time Only (including 2 INSET days) plus one week to include exam results day

Fixed term contract until 31 August 2017

Start date: Immediate (or as soon as possible)

Salary: Grade O SCP 17-19 £15,143 - £16,017 (actual)

The Governing Body of Saint Gregory's Catholic College are recruiting for a talented and enthusiastic Sixth Form Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team.

The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative, clerical and typing/word processing work providing support to the Directors of Sixth Form.

Applicants will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and will have the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.  Applicants must possess five GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics and have proven IT skills including typing/word processing to RSA 11 and use of/knowledge of Excel.

Applications are invited from individuals who are currently either working as an administrator or an exceptional and aspiring professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and can demonstrate:
